Ste­ve Allen, Show­stop Pro­ce­du­re Co-Foun­der

Ste­ve work­ed along­side his co-foun­der Mark Hamil­ton to deve­lop the Show­stop® Pro­ce­du­re Cour­se, laun­ched in March 2025 with The Pink Bows Foun­da­ti­on. Achie­ving inter­na­tio­nal accre­di­ta­ti­on with CPD and High­field, he is pio­nee­ring this pro­ven Show­stop® Pro­ce­du­re to estab­lish a glo­bal stan­dard.

Ste­ve has 30 years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence, working at all kinds of events across the world, with roles span­ning event safe­ty con­trol, con­certs, fes­ti­vals, World tours, artist & VIP, and venue secu­ri­ty. The­se have given him vast know­ledge and insight into the safe­ty and secu­ri­ty requi­re­ments to miti­ga­te risks at events, with cri­ti­cal action and decis­i­on-making skills, distil­led into this cour­se.

Ste­ve is also an expert wit­ness, a fel­low of the Insti­tu­te of Risk and Safe­ty Manage­ment, mem­ber of the UKC­MA and the Glo­bal Crowd Manage­ment Alli­ance.
